Comprehensive New Client Intake: Part 1

Service Description

During our first session together, we will review your health history & what is not working for you. We will then do a comprehensive diagnostic scan to get a detailed look at your health. This will identify areas of inflammation, pollutants, allergies, imbalances, food overloads, nutritional deficiencies and much more. Plan to spend 2 hours together during this first appointment. We will then meet a week or so later to review all the information. In summary this package includes: • Full Diagnostic Scan & Health History appointment – 2 hours (practitioner & client) • Data Interpretation & Report Writing - 3-5 hours (practitioner) Pricing: $200 adult $99 child (under 12)
